The Department of Social Work (SFS) ,Madras Christian college is proud to present its hallmark event,  SUNERGEO - 2012, the National Annual Study Conference.
The conference aims to develop the skills and competencies of the participants akin to the field of HR in relation to the changing business scenario. 
The Sunergeo for the year 2012 is all set to launch at the Madras christian College campus on 14 September,2012.The theme of the conference is ENVISIONING INCLUSIVE GROWTH FOR INDUSTRIAL PEACE – AN HR PERSPECTIVE. This theme is selected with a view of deliberating one  of the burning issues faced by all the sectors across the globe. In the present times,industrial unrest has become an issue that needs to be addressed with alacrity and authenticity. Employees and management have a symbiotic relationship and bot sides need to work in a spirit of collaboration and cooperation without losing sight of the national objective of inclusive growth and progress.
This conference throws light on the issue of industrial unrest and helps sensatize the vitality to include people encrypted at the bottom of the pyramid to being part of a unified and harmonious society .
